The Adinizer

The only FDA cleared device on the market that can accurately resize and concentrate lipoaspirate, with potential across multiple therapeutic areas, including aesthetics, scar revision, burns, wound care, spine, hair restoration, joint preservation, and more.

The Adinizer® is a patented and innovative closed loop, adipose tissue resizing system. In just 3 – 5 passes, the proprietary razor sharp blade cutting technology allows physicians to harvest, purify, and process multiple sizes of fat-injectate 4000um (macro), 2400um (milli), 1200um (micro), 600 (nano), and 400um (ACx)…consistently and easily.

The only patented and FDA-cleared device on the market

The precision cutting of the Adinizer gives practitioners the ability to mechanically concentrate lipo-aggregate (i.e., reparative tissue cells and extracellular matrix derived from adipose tissue).  This process is performed in an FDA compliant manner and in accordance with current FDA guidelines.   Cutting is gentler way of processing adipose tissue, resulting in a healthier stromal niche with higher cell viability, improving the engraftment of autologous living tissue procedures.

Mechanism of Action

The Adinizer® displaces fat across a larger surface area and passes the fat through ports with ultra-sharp cutting blades, needing only three-five passes. Unlike emulsification and blunt micronizing screen devices, the Adinizer does not overprocess the fat, so regenerative cell counts and viability are significantly higher.

Solutions with the Adinizer

What makes adinizing different and better than the standard fat transfer method of emulsification is the significant reduction of pressure.  It’s been well established in the literature that pressure is the enemy of cell survival. By displacing fat across larger surface area and passing the fat through sharp-blade cutting ports, the Adinizer is reducing pressure and producing a healthier cell population. In 3 – 5 passes, the Adinizer provides healthier fat grafts with higher cell counts and viability, resulting in better patient outcomes.

But to fully understand why our product is so revolutionary, we must first discuss some of the problems associated with current methods of fat transfer.

Problem

Unpredictability and variability with fat graft survival.

Solution

Gentler cutting and resizing method produces a more viable fat graft with higher cell viability. The Adinizer’s indication-based protocols (IPs) give physicians the ability to supercharge the fat graft with ACx for higher fat graft survival with improved patient outcomes.

Problem

Competing systems do not consistently and accurately resize fat.

Solution

The Adinizer can easily create 2400um, 1200um, 600um, and ACx in just a few minutes.

Problem

The current adipose processing method most used – called emulsification – overprocesses the fat and damages the reparative cells.

Solution

Instead of excessive handling of fat through blunt-force pressure, the Adinizer uses ultra-sharp cutting blade technology to gently process the adipose tissue in a less invasive manner, which produces significantly higher cell viability of the lipo-aggregate. ONLY 3-5 passes are needed.

Problem

Processing fat in the office is time-consuming and messy.

Solution

The Adinizer system is a convenient system designed for office-based fat grafting which can be performed in one hour.

Problem

Lumpy Fat.

Solution

The Adinizer easily homogenizes fat tissue, eliminating lumps and fibrous tissue for easier injectability. ZERO needle clogging and increased efficiency when delivering injectate.

Problem

Current adipose processing devices damage the reparative cells that reside within the adipose tissue complex due to extreme, blunt forced pressure.

Solution

Adinizing significantly lessens trauma to the adipose tissue complex resulting in a healthier, re-sized adipose injectate, with fragmented ECM, and a higher regenerative cellular content.

Problem

Inconsistent Results.

Solution

Adinizing fat is a gentler processing method that produces a healthier, resized fat graft with higher regenerative capability. Gentler processing, consistency, and reproducibility improves patient outcomes.
