PISTON LOCKS (PL)
Comes in 10cc, 20cc, and 60cc configurations. The PL converts any standard BD brand syringe into a closed-loop processing container. The PL works in conjunction with the SMART LOCK (D) and PISTON LOCK PLUNGER (C). The PL allows for closed centrifugation, filtration, and removal of oil, anesthetics, and blood debris from tissue graft.
PISTON LOCK PLUNGER
Proprietary plunger (C) that works with PISTON LOCK (A) for resizing and moving fat between syringes.
SYRINGE WING
Adapters designed to provide better leverage, grip, and lessens fatigue when processing adipose. Syringe caps and luer transfer included in al kits.
BD Syringes
BD Syringes with the SMART LOCK (D) disassembled from the PL (A) leaving creating a closed bio-processing container for concentrating adipose.
SMART LOCK
Works in conjunction with the PL (A) and plunger components. The SMART LOCK allows for syringe-based liposuction by creating an adjustable vacuum. The SMART LOCK is reusable and comes in sizes 20cc and 60cc and works with BD Brand ONLY syringes.
HOW TO USE
SMART Lock & Piston

Turns Any 10, 20, Or 60cc BD Syringe Into A Closed Loop, Bio-Processing Container.

Inside is a piston that locks down during centrifugation.

After centrifugation, simply use the plunger to push down on the Piston Lock and the oils come to the top side.

Piston lock attaches to the SMART syringe lock for harvesting.

Pushing down on the Piston Lock with a plunger allows the oil below to rise above the Piston Lock while maintaining a sterile closed loop.
SMART Syringe-Lock
The Smart Syringe-Lock system allows for adjustable vacuum pressure during the harvesting of lipoaspirate and easily converts any standard 10cc, 20cc or 60cc BD lock syringe into a closed, bio-processing unit (BPU). The Smart Syringe-Lock creates a closed biological processing unit for the harvesting, purifying (centrifugation), and resizing of lipoaspirate for autologous fat grafting and regenerative stromal tissue procedures.
